For over two decades, I’ve sat across from CEOs, founders, and senior executives in the exact moment they realize the old way of leading isn’t working anymore.
They’re capable. Accomplished. Trusted with more than most people will ever carry.
And they’re tired in a way that a vacation can’t fix.
That’s the work I do. I help them build something sturdier than willpower.
Assertive communication. Strategic decision-making. People management. Leadership development. Over 17,000 professionals came through those rooms.
Somewhere in that work, a pattern became impossible to ignore.
The leaders who struggled most weren’t undertrained. They had every framework, every certification, every skill the org chart demanded.
What they didn’t have was a place to actually process the weight of the job. So the strategy would hold for a quarter, then quietly stop working, because the leader underneath it was running on empty.
That’s the gap I built my practice to close.

I’ve trained teams at organizations including Bayer, RCBC, Johnson and Johnson’s Philippines, Petron, SGS and Globe Telecom, among many others.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Language and Literature from De La Salle University, where I also spent 14 years teaching. I’m a certified MBTI Practitioner, a Master Practitioner of the Millennium Method for Holistic Life Coaching, and certified in Group and Team Coaching under Dr. Michael Hall’s Meta-Coaching methodology.
In 2020, I co-founded LifeCraft®, a coaching methodology built at the intersection of design thinking, futures thinking, and life coaching, made for a world that keeps changing the rules faster than most leadership models can keep up.
I built my reputation as The Corporate Coach®, and I’ve spent my career making sure that title means something real in the room, not just on a slide.

I believe it comes from three things working together: a clear mind, regulated energy, and action that actually reflects what a leader values.
Most executive development addresses one of those. Rarely all three.
That’s the gap my work is built to close, and it’s why the leaders I work with don’t just perform better. They lead differently, from a place that can actually hold the size of the role they carry.
If you’re leading through more pressure than any framework prepared you for, I’d like to hear where you are.
